Emerging Health Professionals Application - Juniors applying for this program in 2020-2021 must complete the online application AND also this Emerging Health Professionals application.
WHO: Students who are in 9th, 10th, or 11th grade may apply for admission to CPAVTS. Students who do not attend Member Districts should contact Student Services for eligibility information. *8th graders from Big Spring, Cumberland Valley, and West Shore Schools must fill out an online application as well.
WHAT: All 22 programs require students to apply for acceptance. Applications are reviewed and students are then contacted regarding their admission.
WHEN: All applications must be completed by school counselors and returned to CPAVTS by Friday, December 20, 2019 for first-round consideration. Applications received after that date will be processed once the initial application round has been completed. Students may apply after that date, but may have more limited program options. Students are typically notified in April regarding their admittance to CPAVTS.
HOW: Applications should be completed ONLINE by students. The application does need to be completed in one sitting.
CPAVTS encourages students to complete the application online, under extenuating circumstances, students may print an application and return it completed to their school counselor.
Students and parents are strongly encouraged to call or visit Cumberland Perry AVTS for program tours, information, or other questions regarding the application process.
